Antioxidant-Rich Vegan Chocolate Shake with Raw Cacao
A heart-healthy, vegan chocolate shake sweetened with dates and bananas.
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 3 to 4 pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder or dark cocoa
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 banana
Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Garnish with more cacao or cocoa if desired.
