Every month we round up some of our favorite new (and new to us!) veg-friendly products to share. Here’s what we’re loving right now:
Chocti Chocolate Ghee Spread // Yes. YESSSS! They put chocolate in your ghee! My serving suggestion is slathering it on a thick slice of whole grain toast and topping with a roasted banana. If you’re really feeling bold, sprinkle some coconut chips on top too.
Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza // Store-bought pizza crusts can be a dicey proposition, with some tasting like literal cardboard. Literal! And I mean that literally! These sprouted grain crusts from Angelic Bakehouse are healthy and tasty–the perfect canvas for your pizza masterpiece. (How about this Brussels Sprout and Apple recipe?)
Puffins Protein Berry Burst // Cereal is a quick breakfast, but it’s not usually the most substantive breakfast, but my kiddo loves these berry flavored Puffins and I love that she gets some protein to power her through the morning.
Coolhaus Dairy Free Dirty Mint Chip Sammie // Are we totally obsessed with Coolhaus? Yes, yes we are. And now they have dairy-free ice cream for vegan friends. Yippee! You should really check out all their pints and sandwiches, but this minty one is my fave.
Perfect Bites // We love Perfect Bars, but somehow these bites are just so much more fun. You can pop them like candy! Except these actually have nutritional value!
Cali’flour Foods High-Protein Pasta // Cauliflower is totally one of those foods I have to trick my daughter into eating. No shame in my game, y’all–she’s got to get those veggies into her diet somehow. She devours this pasta, though. And it doesn’t just pack in the cauliflower, it’s got protein too!
Elmhurst Cleanest Protein Shake // The theme of this month’s roundup might just be protein, right? But protein: it’s important. And this shake, from one of our favorite purveyors of non-dairy milk, is a great grab-and-go breakfast or afternoon snack, with 20 grams of delicious peanut protein per serving.
Alter Eco Deep Dark Quinoa Crunch // Okay, so adding quinoa to a chocolate bar doesn’t exactly make it health food, but it does add a satisfying crunch.
Amazing Grass Organic Protein & Kale // Give your next banana smoothie an upgrade with Honey Roasted Peanut protein powder! And since it’s from Amazing Grass, you’ll get your daily fix of greens in there too without having to bother with throwing handfuls of spinach into the blender.
Starbucks Cocoa & Honey Cold Brew // I just had a baby and this bottled cold brew has become a daily staple for me. It is so good–not super sweet like other bottled coffees, just sweet enough. And just caffeinated enough. (Which is a lot.)
Disclosure: Some of these products were sent to Hello Veggie to review, others are things we’ve bought ourselves, but everything here is something we totally love.
