Every month we round up some of our favorite new (and new to us!) veg-friendly products to share. Here’s what we’re loving right now:
Koia Fruit Infusions // These bottles of creamy, fruity bliss have 18 grams of plant protein per serving, but only 6 grams of sugar. Mango Creme totally tastes like a dessert, but it has an anti-inflammatory boost from turmeric.
EPIC Performance Bars // EPIC finally has an option for vegetarians! And it is delicious! Made with only simple ingredients like dates, cage-free egg whites, nuts and sea salt, these are the perfect bars to stash in your purse or desk drawer for emergencies.
Purely Elizabeth Pumpkin Spice Grain-Free Superfood Granola // I’m not ashamed to be a pumpkin spice stan. Like, how can you not like pumpkin spice? It’s a blend of delicious warming spices! We love sprinkling this grain-free granola over baked apples and a scoop of vanilla froyo for a healthy dessert.
Flow Alkaline Spring Water // True story: I used to think alkaline water was totally over-hyped, but you know what it’s good for? Heartburn! Where was this when I was pregnant?! Alkaline water can help neutralize mild acid reflux, so it’s great to sip on when you’ve got indigestion. I love Flow because it comes in flavors like Cucumber + Mint and Strawberry + Rose.
Urban Remedy Vegan Caesar // It is rare for me to wax rhapsodic about a salad, but this one is incredible. Other people treat themselves to bubble baths and shopping trips, but this month when I felt like I needed a treat, I ordered myself a few of these salads. No shame.
Canyon Bakehouse Honey Whole Grain English Muffins // Back in the day, gluten-free bread was just not good, to put it mildly, but Canyon Bakehouse’s products are consistently great. The honey in these English muffins makes them perfect for smearing with almond butter and topping with sliced bananas.
Fuji Apple DRY Sparkling // To help me kick the sick, I’ve been making apple cider vinegar mocktails with this lightly sweetened soda, inspired by Stephanie’s Blackberry Cider Fizz Mocktail recipe.
Birch Benders Paleo Pumpkin Pancake Mix // Birch Benders have become a Saturday morning tradition at our house and now we can switch things up with a pumpkin version for fall. Hooray! I’ve been trying to see if gluten is a trigger for my psoriasis, so I’m loving that the paleo mix lets me partake in family pancake time without the wheat.
Elmhurst Milked Peanuts with Chocolate // Who even knew peanut milk was a thing?! Not me. Elmhurst non-dairy milks are incredibly creamy and delicious across the board, but of course this is my family’s favorite because: chocolate.
La Tourangelle Sesame Tamari Vinaigrette // Current lunch hack: boil some buckwheat soba, throw in frozen edamame and broccoli in the last minute of cooking time, drain and toss it all with this vinaigrette. So good, and so much easier than mixing up my own sauce from scratch.
Disclosure: Some of these products were sent to Hello Veggie to review, others are things we’ve bought ourselves, but everything here is something we totally love.
