Every month we round up some of our favorite new (and new to us!) veg-friendly products to share. Here’s what we’re loving right now:
This Bar Saves Lives Kids // My kiddo adores these bars–not just the taste, but the charming packaging too. So many granola bars have nut butters in them and I can’t send them to school with her, but these are allergen-free. Plus, it’s pretty awesome that for every bar sold, they give life-saving food to a child in need.
Now Planting Soup // These refrigerated plant-based soups are the perfect lunch for a chilly February day. GMO- and gluten-free, they’re made with simple ingredients that pack a ton of flavor. Red Pepper Bisque with Paprika Almonds is my fave.
Sahale Snacks Grab-and-Go Nuts // I’ve been trying to eat more nuts lately and I love that these snacks are portion-controlled. They also come in amazing flavors like Korean BBQ and Pomegranate Vanilla–seriously, they are crazy delicious.
Koia Keto // It can be hard to find products that are both keto and plant-based, but these creamy refrigerated drinks fit the bill. Each bottle has 14 grams of MCT oil and no added sugar and they come in flavors like Chocolate Brownie. Yes!
Field Roast Miniature Corn Dogs // Corn dogs, you guys! Corn dogs! My family is a little bit obsessed with these things and they totally satisfy those nostalgia food cravings I’ve been having while pregnant.
Cocomama Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Hot Cocoa // We got this as a Christmas gift and it is so rich and creamy, it makes those little packets of hot cocoa mix taste like water in comparison. It’s vegan and made with fair trade ingredients too.
Pita Nachos // So you may be wondering what’s so great about pita chips. They are not a new thing! But they are the base of my current favorite 5-minute meal: pita nachos. I pile them high with baba ghannoush, diced cucumber, kalamata olives, and za’atar roasted chickpeas.
Enjoy Life Valentine’s Candy Minis // When sending treats to my daughter’s preschool, I always try to be mindful of other kids’ dietary restrictions. Since these are soy-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and even dairy-free (yes, they’re made with rice milk!), they make it easy to get it right.
Elmhurst Barista Editions // I love love love Elmhurst non-dairy milks, so I was psyched to find out they have blends specifically designed for mixing with coffee. No curdling! No flat foam! The Milked Almonds Barista Edition is absolutely swoon-worthy in a London Fog latte.
Primal Kitchen Organic Unsweetened Ketchup // Real talk: I was certain I’d hate this. I know it’s not good for ketchup to have sugar in it, but that’s the taste I’m used to! Isn’t unsweetened ketchup just… tomato sauce? But I was totally wrong. I love it. It’s so good. No more sugary ketchup for me. And if you don’t believe me, read the Amazon reviews.
Disclosure: Some of these products were sent to Hello Veggie to review, others are things we’ve bought ourselves, but everything here is something we totally love.
