Homemade Pasta With Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 container mushrooms
  • 1/2 of a red onion chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Fresh tarragon de-stem and roughly chop
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in saute pan, add butter and melt. Add the mushrooms and let them cook for 3-4 minutes.

  2. Add the onion and continue to saute for 5-7 minutes more. Add the cream and parmesan. Let it cook for another few minutes and add frozen peas. You could also add some proscuitto here.

  3. Give that a minute or two to warm up. Add the tarragon and finish with salt and pepper.
