Cranberry Tangerine Smoothie

This citrus cranberry smoothie is a refreshing drink that highlights delicious winter citrus.

Ingredients

  • 2 tangerines peeled
  • 1 tablespoons fresh cranberries
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream the thick part from the top of a can
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes

If you wanted a more substantial smoothie you could add some vanilla protein powder and call it a meal replacement. If you wanted a sweeter smoothie, switch out the tangerines for cara cara oranges. You could even throw some spinach in this for a winter green smoothie if you want to go all-out healthy. You can definitely play with your citrus!
