These no-bake granola bars are gluten-free, incredibly quick and simple to make, even if you make your own almond butter.
In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
Press the bars into a pan or use a piece of parchment paper to control the thickness.
Refrigerate the bars for an hour, cut and enjoy.
Feel free to swap out any of the ingredients in this recipe. You can use agave or honey in place of maple syrup, dried strawberries or cranberries in place of blueberries, or even coconut in place of the oatmeal. It's completely up to you!
Store granola bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
