Immune Boosting Lemonade

This green lemonade will kick your immune system into high gear.

  • 3 small lemons peeled
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 inch piece ginger unpeeled
  • 1-2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Organic Greens
  • Cheesecloth
  • Blender


  1. Combine all ingredients except the Organic Greens in a blender. Purée until smooth
  2. Line a small bowl with several layers of cheesecloth large enough to drape over the sides of the bowl.
  3. Pour the puréed mixture into the bowl. Gather up the sides of the cheesecloth and strain out the juice.
  4. Pour lemonade into a glass and add Organic Greens. Stir well.

Simply add a heaping scoopful to this lemon tonic, plus a little extra lemon or honey to your liking, and I promise it won’t even taste “green”. Then go ahead and sip it cold or feel free to lightly heat it up (just a little or you might destroy the nutrients) if you prefer warm drinks during the colder months.
