  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 3 to 4 pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder or dark cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Garnish with more cacao or cocoa if desired.
