  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 3 dates soaked (pit removed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
  • Raw cacao powder optional


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, excluding the raw cacao powder. Line a tray with wax paper. Form the ingredients into little balls. Dust with raw cacao powder (optional). Add the balls to the tray, then put into the freezer for 30 minutes to form.
