Sweet Pea Dip with Basil

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green peas
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly.
