Ingredients

  • 2 cups green peas shelled fresh or thaw out frozen peas
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon juiced

Garnish

  • dash of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender and process until creamy.
  2. Garnish with fresh basil, paprika and olive oil and serve.
