1 2/3 to 2cupsplain Siggi's yogurt0% or 2% fat is fine
1pintfresh berries
2-4teaspoonsorganic cane sugar

Instructions
Line the bottom of four six-ounce ramekins with fresh berries, then top with plain Siggi's yogurt.
Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes, then sprinkle the tops of each one with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon organic cane sugar.
If you have a culinary torch, just run it over the top to melt and caramelize the sugar, otherwise place the ramekins under a hot broiler for a few minutes.
