Creamy Zucchini and Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Add a dash of spirulina for an extra boost of energy.
