Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • handful parsley
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Garnish

  • 1/2 avocado chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender and process until creamy.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then serve.
